3.1. Purpose and Acceptance

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of ibizatopscorts.com and any enquiries directed to Ibiza Top Scorts. Accessing this website implies acceptance of the applicable conditions of use. Specific contracting will require express confirmation and may be subject to particular conditions.

3.2. Age and Legal Capacity

3.9. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The brand, domain, design, texts, profile selection and structure, databases, photographs, videos, logos and all other elements are protected. No licence for exploitation is granted without written authorisation.

Scraping, automated extraction, unauthorised indexing, systematic reproduction, reverse engineering, removal of watermarks and use of content for artificial intelligence systems are prohibited.

3.10. Communications
